STAFF TRANSFERS ARE NOT ALLOWED! You must work your way back up the staff tree.
ASKING FOR STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED. You must work your way through the application process like everyone else.
There will be NO demotions for abuse without visual/auditory proof. Videos, recordings, or images must be provided. NO copy and pasted game/TeamSpeak logs are allowed.
ALL staff demotions must be recorded through TeamSpeak. NO external recording applications are allowed. If your staff demotions was not recorded, the demotion is NOT official. If you feel something was done poorly during your demotion, the recording allows higher staff to hear.
You are NOT allowed to record any official staff demotion or official conversation/meeting without first alerting the current occupants of the channel. (You can freely record staff just talking to each other or you).
Staff abuse pictures, videos, etc. MUST be submitted within 1 week of their recording. We are NOT going to accept your old proof of people abusing. (Basically blackmail on staff).
Staff being demoted MUST be shown the evidence BEFORE demotion without any restraint. Failure to show evidence to the individual nullifies the demotion.
Strawpolls/forum polls are NOT official methods of being demoted/demotion reverts. Just because people on the forums or straw poll hate/like you does NOT mean you will lose/get your rank.
You MUST maintain a professional standing with all other staff, if you are seen to be a problem between staff, you are subject to demotion. If another staff member is being disrespectful, record and report it. Do not simply complain.
Staff demotion appealing IS allowed. You MUST provide counter proof to why your demotion was wrongful. This MUST be completed within one week of being demoted. (Exceptions apply) Staff demotions MUST be signed off by AT LEAST three staff members to be approved. (No staff lower than the rank of the person carrying out the demotion can sign off).
